The property is close to many hiking trails, and Forte dei Marmi can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Free parking is available in the village center, with charging for electric vehicles possible. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Smoking and events are not permitted. There is an electric vehicle charging station. Please note the refrigerator is located in a naturally cooler room adjacent to the kitchen. The house has stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
