The property is close to a restaurant and many hiking trails; Forte dei Marmi can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Free parking is available in the village center, with the option to charge electric vehicles. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra charge. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Smoking and events are not permitted. There is an electric vehicle charging station. Please note: the house has stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
